My complaint:
I had the worst experience today with a driver who failed to reach my address and faked a photo for deliver we have called 3 times to explain the address even shared the post code and waited outside the building for 10 m.
Contacted customer service was very-low response and unsupportive with totally wrong claim to refuse my refund.(attached customer support response and evidence of their false claim below.
Please note the driver was so rude and i ordered another orders its the first time it happens since i arrived at uk.
Attaching the call logs and please review the chat history as evidence for my problem.
We had 4 calls before and after the delivery which proves my responses to help out the driver.
This driver is dishonest and need disciplinary action by your side.
