My complaint:
As I try to place an order I get this message:
Complete your last payment
A payment of £37.68 couldn’t be processed. Please pay before your next order. (see photo attached)
But I can’t find any reason for this in any of my previous orders nor a single transaction for that amount…and what’s worse a single way of clarifying this issue, whether by phone or online!
Suggested solution:
I want evidence to back up the message. If there is none, I want the message removed and to be able to use Uber Eats again.
