My complaint:

I ordered from Uber Eats on the 28/10/23. I paid £32.38 for a delivery from my local Asda. This order was STOLEN, Uber have fobbed me of just like they do to all their customers! I am totally appalled by this company’s lack of commitment with good paying customers. This is a loteral crime and they won’t even look into this for me. They will just let the driver go around and do this to many more people. I am disgusted and need help to get my money back. I will never use Uber Eats again.

Suggested solution:

Refund my order and question the driver!!!
