My complaint:
I ordered a MacDonald’s, I had to pay £3.99 Deliver, less than a mile from MacDonald’s to my house, however the delivery person was on a bicycle so took him forever! I ordered, Large chips, burger, side salad and a McFlurry. I only received small chips, the whole order was freezing cold and my ice cream had turned to liquid! The side salad was a joke, one piece of cucumber and one piece of tomato.
I complained at the time and I’m fuming that I only received £3.99 back (off my next uber eats meal) I will not be using uber eats ever again! I want the money, all the money back into my bank account! This meal was inedible… I sent photo’s on Saturday….
Suggested solution:
Pay me back all money into my bank account as I want be using uber eats again.
