My complaint:
Under Prop 22, we are guaranteed 120% of minimum wage also paid an additional $0.30 per mile for a 14 day period. On May 3, 2022 I was paid for only 128.05 miles, which was incorrect. I added up my mileage and I drove 438 miles. This means that I am missing payment for 309.95 miles. They finally make a correction and paid me an additional $15.00 which is still wrong. They still owe me $78.00. I have been calling and sending messages for 2 weeks. The agents hang up on me when they can’t resolve the issue. I call back and ask for a supervisor, and never get one. Just hung up on again.
Suggested solution:
Ubereats needs to do the calculations and pay me the money that I earned. I want my money now, and I am tired of calling. I want my $78.00.
