My complaint:
The driver called me shouting and swearing because he arrived at the wrong address and the people living at said address claimed it was there food. He then started swearing at them while on the phone to me. He arrived at my door with a stinking attitude because he went to the wrong address, which is his fault not mine. He then flung my 3 drinks 2 ice creams right at my feet when I had my hands out to take them so the drinks went everywhere even inside the ice creams. To then he replied ‘well don’t pay for it then simple’ to which I told him to leave I would be reporting it. To then get inside to eat the food and some items where missing. I took pictures and sent it into uber eats as I wasn’t happy paying for items I wasn’t getting and I was told they weren’t refunding me and that the case was closes.I have pictures to prove all this.
Suggested solution:
They should have apologised for the drives unprofessional behaviour and refunded me for the items missing and for the 3 drinks and 2 ice creams the driver flung at me in his fit of rage.
