My complaint:
hi, on the 20th may this year i ordered from McDonalds cheapside lancaster, order number EF38E, When it came the driver named Dawid drove of and when we looked we had got someone else’s order, we rang Cheapside straight away and they told us to take it up with Uber Eats for a refund of £23.44, the account is in Sasha Tyson and its connected to my account her nana T M Tyson, Sasha emailed and was told we would get a full refund that says on the account that it has been refunded and yet i have still not received anything in my back account and its now 17 days ago. Her email address is sashatyson05@outlook.com, T Tyson is tyoken@talktalk.net.She has sent numerous emails and still the issue hasn’t been resolved.
