My complaint:
I received a £40 voucher for my birthday. I added the funds to my wallet. I have tried to order food 4 times now and it is impossible. The person who gave me the gift card has now given me £40 cash so I can order a take out.
Suggested solution:
I want my £40 sending back ASAP so I can pay my friend back. This has been a truly awful service. In
