My complaint:
Uber Eats promotes discounts on orders. It turns out to be that the restaurants add a service charge to the order and as such the discount is totally misleading. Uber Eats has no direct complaints procedure. Twice I ordered through the promotions and noticed that such promotions are MISLEADING.
Suggested solution:
Uber Eats should contact me by email. Check my account and refund the service charges and other undue charges.
