My complaint:

I had to change the dates of my planned Turo trip and try to return my car early earlier than planned. When I requested from the host a change he refused three times then I contacted the helpline and they just said they’re sorry they can’t make him accept the new return date. I feel it is unreasonable to make it impossible to change the date that you rent a car. This is not normal car rental restriction. I am requesting a refund of my rental charge due to returning the car over a week early

Suggested solution:

By simply refunding a portion of the trip cost
