My complaint:
I was awarded compensation from Turo UK after I rented a car in the UK which had 4 illegal tyres. A garage replaced the tyres and noted the car was extremely dangerous and should not have been on the road. I was given a very modest partial refund which appeared as credit on my Turo account. Turo are refusing to let me withdraw the resulting credit to my personal account. They say I must spend it with them or lose it.
Suggested solution:
Turo gave me compensation for a dangerous illegal car which I rented. It is my money and I should get it back to my bank account.
