My complaint:
I rented a car for a week. I was running late from work and returned the car a day late since I would get charged the day anyways. The first time it happened that way and I was charged about 60 extra. Well. Upon returning the car the host, (Joshy)Jorge Medina from Genuie Auto Shop, told me it wouldn’t be more than 60 as well. When I got home and checked my account it showed 153.73 for late return which I think is ridiculous and unfair.
Suggested solution:
They should have charged the usual daily rental of about 60 maybe even 70 I can accept but 153.73, no way!
