My complaint:
When I booked a ticket for my brother I requested a wheelchair for him. His flight from Houston to Istanbul was delayed by 2 hours and he had only 50 minutes connection time. He was hoping the wheelchair would have taken him to his next flight but it was not a case. There was not a wheelchair waiting for him at the gate. He had to run to the next gate with his injured legs and fortunately board a plain. I would like to let other passengers know the Turkish airlines don’t care much of them.
