My complaint:

so basically I purchased a ticket using the Kayak app with Turkish airlines back in 2020 but unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to the epidemic, so I asked for a refund from kayak so after about six months I did receive a partial refund of my original ticket price since this flight was handled by two airlines which was indigo and turkish airlines. long story short indigo payed my refund but Turkish airlines gave me a voucher for future travel.
i had no idea that this voucher expired last month, i mean so what if i didn’t want to travel in the future then what kind of service is this. truly shameful. was a big fan of the Turkish airlines but their monopolizing policies have just lost a loyal customer

Suggested solution:

I want Turkish Airlines to either honor my voucher and extend it or pay my full refund!!
