Turkish Airlines complaint: Staff in the offices not answering to the phone calls

My complaint:

On 26th of May 2022, I have tried all day to call to turkish Airlines offices in Kisinev for booking a flight, but nobody answer. All day long….

Suggested solution:

First, to answer my calls and second to book for me a flight using my vouchers issued for cancelled flights.
Additionally, in February, one voucher in euro was changed in a different voucher in MDL currency.
