My complaint:

Dear SirMadam
I am writing to complain about Turkish Airlines mishandling of my booking to learns Angeles which has left me in a serious difficult situation and made me delay on doing my further processing of my trip.
I am due to fly on the 17th May together with my Chihuhua dog. for first time I went to your Al khuwair office in April to book my ticket but they told me I have to wait for my CDC ation from the USA. And again 3 days ago on 8th May I went again after that I received my CDC ation their employee Ahmed Alshibli booked a ticket for me for 17 of May a seat in the business class cabin and I asked him to manage for my pet ation to be with me inside the cabin. I waited and stayed in their office but finally after 5 hours waiting he told me he could not get permission because today is Sunday and no one is in Headquarters in Istanbul to consider my request. I came back in to the office again on 9 the May and again waiting for them to get my ation but they told me after 2 hours I need to leave the office they will give it to me until the end of the working day, But they didn’t. The next day on 10 th May I asked them to Re-book due to after 24 hours the reservation was not valid anymore. They give me a new booking after 3 hours but with $900 increase in the price and still no pet ation.
Also, I follow up my issue with Turkish Airlines Twitter unfortunately they were more useless than their office agent.

I have been living in the Sultanate of Oman now I am moving to the USA.recently I had suffered a lot with anxiety over an uncertain future about my dog transferring .My dog has been of great comfort and support to me and he is not really quite dog.
I respect and provide whatever they told me but they couldn’t give me my request service.

Suggested solution:

give me my pet ation and my ticket with the first-day price that I booked.
