My complaint:
My original ticket (TXQSPT) TK489950392 was changed on 1 December 2021 at Ismir Airport and a new ticket was purchased THY23523135367 on my Chase credit card ending in 4109 and posted on Dec 2,2021. I was told that I would receive a refund for the original ticked. I tried receiving this refund to no avail numerous times. I was sent e-mail from Turkish Airlines several times indicating I would get a $628.69 refund on an email from Turkish Airlines TK-5619367 S1-15225356 Geri Bildiriminiz Hk on Dec 2,2021.I received another e-mail on 4 Dec,2021 indicating the same information on TK5626004 S1-15248188 Geri Bildiriminiz Hk Whenever I tried to colleck my refund I ran in to the same situation no way to collect.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund my money $628.69 on APPRVLooo494787 as indicated on both of their e-mail as listed above.
