My complaint:
This morning i made two price holding reservations with turkish but due to system errors they were wrong. I immediately noticed upon receiving the ation so i called turkish to cancel them, or have the details changed. Neither was possible, so i had to make a third, correct reservation. Turkish is now refusing to refund me for the incorrect reservations, that they could not change either despite me flagging within 5 minutes of making the reservation.
