My complaint:

Hello.

My name is Ashraf Abdelrahman I am from Sudan yesterday I took a Turkish flight no 1938 from Brussels to Khartoum and the connection in Istanbul to change the flight, after I left the plane I realized that I forgot a bag in the flight, I tried to talk with the man responsible in the gate and he refused to bring me the bag, he said me to go to the office, I went to the Turkish airline office in the airport and they said that you cant login to the service of loosing luggage unless you have a European passport. so I was confusing that even they don’t let le make any report for my bag, they said when you go to your destination you can report there. Dealing with them was very bad, I asked them to talk with the manager and no one of them wants to help. then I was late for my flight because of that, so I couldn’t catch the flight went back to the Turkish airline office to change the flight. they said only we have flight after 48 hours and I have to stay in the airport all these time. they don’t want offer me another flight even with connection so I am now in Istanbul airport since yesterday and my flight is tomorrow night. really it was one of the worst things that happened to me at the airport. i want return my bag and i cant and i want return back my bag and they don’t want make anything, I never see employees deal with clients like that.

it was the most bad experience happened to me.
