My complaint:

Tk477213232 13/9/23 London Istanbul London Moscow when I arrived to turkey special service (air clinic )I should have been taken me to the connecting flight to Moscow but they were so slow that I missed my flight to Moscow and had to wait for 5 hours for another flight.I have medical problems and it was very difficult and stressful to wait 5 hours.MY return flight TX1972 27 September instanbul to London wll be short I do not want a repetition of such a bad service on my way back because of careless air clinic – please advise how this will be looked into before my flight back

What will you do to compensate me for the disturbance caused and for reassurance that I will not experience the same on my flight back home - how will you Make sure the does happen again
