My complaint:
We were flying from Buenos Aires to Istanbul with transfer in San Paulu. Half of the plane was filled with some footbal fans, who were singing and shouting during the flight.
While the plane has not yet taken off we asked cabin crew if they were going to do something with this crazy crowd. I told the steward that I was ill, that it’s late night and I want to sleep (like the other half of passengers, I suppose). But he told me that there’s nothing he could do with this people and he’s not going to kick them off from the plane, change our seats or do something else. He adviced us just to wait and to be patient. When I asked: Isn’t it your professional duty to calm down noisy passengers and keep order during the flight?, he asked: No, I don’t have to do it. Moreover, later he showed them thumbs up! Do you really think that it’s ok to work like that?
Besides, the food was disgusting. We were offered some dishes which were lokking like… well, like it was already eaten by someone. It’s especially sad when you have to fly for 16 hours.
The cost of our flight was $3200. I’m sure that I shouldn’t pay such amount of money for such a poor service. So I want to issue a refund at least for part of this cost.
