My complaint:
I was off loaded from the flight (PNR V4TDHP) at Munich Airport Germany on 02.02.23. As I checked in on time and cleared passport control, I received a message from airline that my flight is late for 35 minutes which means it is to depart at 3.05. (Message screen shot attached with time) Accordingly, I reached at the gate at 2.35. I was told that I am already late and they cannot arrange a separate bus for me. I showed them message that I received from airline which they were not interested. I did not receive any message from Turkish Airline regarding time that flight is now on time.
Therefore It is not my fault. I had to pay for the next flight on 4th February Euro 148.
I request you to refund this amount as this was not due to my fault. The screen short of message and boarding cards are attached.
Suggested solution:
Psychological trauma that I have experienced is irreparable for long time. At least my paid amount Euro 148 should be refunded as this is not my fault at all.
