My complaint:
I booked a ticket for the 25thmay from Gatwick to Dalaman on the Opodo website.when the ation e mail came through i noticed i had missed an h from my name so instead of Frederick Channon it read Frederick Cannon.All other details were correct.I contacted them immediately but te automated response did not recognise the reference number. I enquired again this morning to be told no alterations were allowed and i would lose all my money.Iinformed tem Opodo do not have an edit button with regard spelling changes.I find it inconceivable such a minor error cannot be rectified when there are over 100 days until the flight
Suggested solution:
I cannot accept what amounts to a con.Hopefully they will make the minor adjustment or i will continue to pursue it further and higher
