My complaint:
we have booked a return air ticket from your airline trusting your star class service for my eighteen year old medical student daughter through our travel agent. The details of her air ticket is as follows

Ticket No – 2355884065469
Destination – Riga, to Colombo (RIX TO CMB)
However on the same day early morning you have sent an email stating that you have cancelled the flight causing severe mental pain to both my child and me. please give your kind attention to this issue since we have booked this ticket three months ago considering your Airline as a very responsible star class airline. My children and all our family members used to travel by your airline as regular travelers.
Suggested solution:
Please reshedule the air ticket to the possible earliest date and make my child safe and secured journey to her motherland for her summer holiday.
