Turkish Airlines complaint: Compensate us or upgrade us on next flight

My complaint:

Turkish Airline PNR: VEG85S

We are 3 persons travelled all the way from Yangon to Kolkata for onwards travel to Istanbul on a Turkish Airline flight for 4th July, 2022.

After arrival in Kolkata we came to know that the flight is cancelled and we have been put on a next day flight, so we had no choice but to take a hotel for 1 day and we had to spend for our food and other stuff.

My wife was in trauma and me and my son was shocked to hear this.

Upon arrival in Istanbul it took us 3 hrs to locate our baggage. Really disgusting.

We had much heard good things about Turkish Airline but had a very bad experience

Suggested solution:

Must take Immediate action and resolve the issue.

We are not after money in compensation but make us feel like Turkish Airlines has taken our complain seriously and in return do your best favour so we feel we have been taken care of.

Awaiting favorable action from your end.
