Turkish Airlines complaint: CANCELLLATION OF A FLIGHT WIHTOUT TO ADVISE US WE ARE BUSINESS PASSENGER

My complaint:

my wife and me has wake up yesterday morning 18 march at 5 am
to go to the airport to be on, time for the flight TK0785 leaving at
10H 20 FROM tel aviv to istambul for final destination brussels
robert beck and carole szechtman
when we arrive to the check in they told us that flight from istambul was cancelled since three days and that we have gotten a email about that i have not received any email about that from turkish airlines the supervisor of turkish airline at tel aviv airport miss viktoria was shocked about that because she told us that they could very easily put us on another flight of turkish who left same day at 8h20 in the morning or the direct flight of brussels airlines
they have put us on a horrible distinging shitty business class through minuch and we arrive at brussels at 23h15 instead of 17h we arrived home in brussels at 1 am in the morning so totally 19 HOURS instead of 6h30 and this trhrough such a shitty business flight from tel aviv to munich less than a economic class and same from munich to brussels aslo garbidge flight i have called brussels airlines where i had booked the original ticket reference no J3OJ2T and they us that all above was the mistake of turkish airlines what ashame that you treat your business passenger this way

Suggested solution:

you have to give for my wifr and myself for both of us a one way business class ticket from tel aviv to brussels

if not we will never flight again with turkish airlines and will tell to all our family and friends also not to flight anymore with turkish airlines
