My complaint:

I was fraudently charged 99.99 on my truist credit card back in September 15 th of 2023and truist has not given me my money back. I am now being told that the analyst whom was investigating my case was only looking at the dispute and not the fraudelant charge. I have had the assistant vice president of the bank barely trying to resolve this issue and now I am owed 99.99 plus interest accrued for the past 6 months

Suggested solution:

I should receive my money owed back to me plus compensation for not resolving this issue within 30 days. as it has been 6 months now.
