My complaint:
I went to the bank and they canceled and opened a new checking account account without my knowledge and authorization when I didn’t go to the bank for that.
Suggested solution:
I want $76 dollars due to the $35 dollar fee I had to pay and $41 from the checks I ordered but no longer want.
