My complaint:
On april 14th we made a online international wire transfer and until today april 28th money never got to the receiver, we called Truist , went to Truist branch in Oxford (AL), emailed them but they do not know where the money is, who has my money, where it went, who did what and they are not doing anything to escalate this matter.
I have to call and email the banks involved myself to get to know something. I am in touch with Truist everyday demanding answers to where my money went and is and i also requested to get my money back; boit no answers, nothing happens and nobody does anything; they do not care at all!!!
Suggested solution:
refund my money , which they alreadsy should have done, and try to find the money so they get my money back which will makle up for the refund they should give me.
WARNING: never ever do business with Truist!!!!
