My complaint:
I tried making purchases with my debit card earlier around 2:00pm. A few of them were declined. I called Truist Bank online 5-7 times. Every time I was told the card was good to use. But when I would go to use it again, the transactions would be declined again. I need my debit card to be fixed.
Suggested solution:
Restore the debit card so it can be used for purchases again or send a new one.
