My complaint:
I went to the bank to get a cashier’s check and gave the girl a letter with the payee and the payor and the amount and the cash what does she do she deposits the cash even after I told her I wanted a cashier’s check. she was too busy playing on her phone to listen to the customer. after I corrected her and she made a wrong transaction she got a horrible attitude like it was my fault she became rude rude through the check up on the counter and walked off
