My complaint:

I booked 3 flights through Tripmonster last summer. Air Malta changed the outgoing flight by over 24 hours and subsequently cancelled it in August. After trying to find an email address without any luck, I called the company and after talking to someone, was advised I would receive a refund but it could take up to 90 days. I received an email as ation and emailed them in November asking about the refund. I was told they had to check with Air Malta and have not received any responses to my emails since. It has been over 6 months now and at this point, I should receive interest for my money that they have been keeping for all this time. I have never ever had these kind of issues with a 3 parts travel provider and it is a shame what they are allowed to do.

Suggested solution:

Return my money that I paid for the flights that were cancelled.
