My complaint:

I booked a return flight from Broome to Darwin and one of the flights from Broome to Darwin were cancelled by the airline. I asked for the flight to be refunded (the one way that was cancelled) and there has been no response. The number is disconnected. The emails I sent get no replies when I asked for my refund and there is no way to contact anyone from Trip Monster for my flight refund.

Suggested solution:

By giving me a refund.
