My complaint:

Tickets were bought from search engine 1 week ago. We bought a special service that said we CAN BOOK EXTRA luggage any time if we have this service. We could NEVER log on to any My trip suggestion. We called them many times – the MISLEAD you into – NO not possible – not available – no rembouse – THE fee you paid for adding luggage means something else. THEN we called another office ( we have already spent 70 Euro in calling them the last 5 days – and it takes much time. Now THEY said at Tur travel Belgum that they could log on our MY TRIP site with the number they had – BUT we have never been able to log on.

The simple thing is that it is URGENT for us today to find out if we can have this only 1 SUITCASE of 25 kg extra – for this flight – IF there is something you can help us with – we need to talk to a supervisor – please contact us at e-mail philippebadiane514@gmail.com IF THERE IS SOMETHING WE CAN DO. THEY clearly seem to abuse people who travel this way – they probably earn a lot on the access luggage that one ARE PROMISED to be able to add – and then it is not possible. Helping us to find OUT HOW we can LOG ON OUR My Trip and with which REFERENCE - because no search-engine works - and no phone-number - NO e-mail-contact - THEY SEEM REALLY TO HANG UP THE PHONE - we were VERY FRIENDLY to them when we called - They are known for SCAM on the web - doing such. Please help us if possible. This case is causing a lot of stress because of 1 kolli luggage!
