My complaint:
I booked my tickets on Tripmonster for travel to India from Bahrain. However, due to a change in program I cancelled my tickets. I had opted for cancellation option by paying additional amount, but even then my refund has a big deduction. There is no explanation given on the deduction.
Tripmonster does not have any link on their website to allow customers to contact them. This is wholly unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I need an explanation and refund of fees if unnecessarily deducted from the refund
