My complaint:
Your employee contacted me at September 11, 2023, because our flight was moved. I already told her if she can find me another flight time (earlier) but with the Same DATE! Their employee are thinking right to offer another flight and the departure is for less that 24 hours. I lost almost 50k.
Suggested solution:
Pay atleast HALF TO WHOLE of what I’ve pay for our another trip on September 13 to 17(our original flights)
