My complaint:
We booked a flight with trip.com . However the airline Ryanair cancel one of the flights ( ryanair sent us an email saying they refund the flight to trip.com) however my husband is been calling several times and they told him they will chase it because they didn’t receive the money . It’s already over a month and we didn’t receive nothing . First time we book with trip.com and will be the last time .
