My complaint:
I booked a ticket from Dubai to Tunis, before Eid Holiday, at the check in the Emirates agent told me they cannot let me do the check-in as the booking didn’t really happen. they told me trip.com issued a ticket we can see the name but the booking itself in the system it did not happen.
As a result, I missed my flight for the holiday, and the customer service told me to book another flight and they will compensate me, then, of course, I couldn’t book first no money left second all flights are sold out for the holidays. and the result is financial damage and emotional damage, I got depressed, imagine after 4 years first time to go on a holiday I miss it because of trip.com, this occurred on 24-06-23 and until now I only get emails from them, we will see with the airline and no serious action no refund no compensation for all the damage happened to me.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money the least thing, I think they cannot really pay for emotional damage, but they were really considerate and aware of the damage that has done to me they should!!
