My complaint:
The price quoted from Hotel website of exact room for Aug 1 to Aug 7 is HK$10,512
The price I paid to trip.com for the same period for the same hotel room is HK$14,474 which is overprice of HK$3,962.
Suggested solution:
Refund the overprice amount or give me at least the credit of the overprice amount for me to use next time.
