My complaint:
We had booked a flight from Thessaloniki (SKG) to Amsterdam (Schiphol) on the 22.02.2023, and it was changed by the airline (Transavia) 14 days before. We never got an email about the change from trip.com and we were staying at the airport without flight. We got the payment from trip.com back for the flight we never got, but had to pay 814 Euro one way for 2 persons just to get back home. We negotiated with the airline till now, but they are saying that it was changed at least 14 days before the flight. So there had been a mistake from trip.com’s side but they, say thay are not responsible for it.
Suggested solution:
At least get the 814 Euro back for the new flights, but normally they have to pay also for the problems coming with the cancelation.
