My complaint:
I have booked a flight ticket from bahrain to ccj. In the choose payment method step it says that debit cardcredit card there is no charge for google pay 6.83 bhd and in the total amount there is a charge for the card and that is 0.68 bhd (attached photo) for the reference. But in my case they have charged me 6.44 bhd. I checked regarding this to the customer care they didn’t provide any solution. Attached last chat conversation with the customer care.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund and also customer care should know what they are taking about.
