My complaint:
I bought a return rail ticket from Trip.com for a return journey from Herne Bay Kent to London Wimbledon on 14th September. I did not receive any email ation although money was taken from my credit card. Consequently I had to buy another rail ticket for £43 at the station.
Suggested solution:
Apology and refund please.
