My complaint:
Not good on the computer, left my glasses at place I was staying
Ask for tons of help, and the response was you have to pay $25 for them to print out your boarding pass… I’m on a fixed income and that $25 just to get on a plane after paying my trip in full 3 weeks prior sucks
Suggested solution:
Reimburse my $25
