My complaint:
I booked my flight 8th of November 2023 from Melbourne to lahore via Malaysia and departure date was 10th of December 2023 and returning date was 11th of January 2024, and in this ticket two flights was connected 1st one was air Asia from Melbourne and from Malaysia was batik air for Lahore so I booked my ticket normally but when I arrived at airport for travelling the boarding didn’t enter me they asked for Malaysia ticket but I didn’t know about this and I didn’t receive any email from trip.com and airlines where properly mentioned you need a Malaysian visa and wasn’t mentioned before booking so my flight has been missed and at the spot I had calling them many times and after till now calls and emails but they was not resolve my issue they trying to give me some coins but I need my full payment in my account I spent 2158 aud so please resolve it I need this money i am not responsible for my loss.
