My complaint:
I bought some plane tickets from them back in Jan 2020 for a fall trip, but the pandemic happened. They refused to give me my money back and offered me travel credits. For 2 years, I’ve been stuck with those credits and have tried to used them only to find that their team keeps stalling and dragging it out. Today, they told me that it’s expired and that there’s nothing that they can do?!?!?
Suggested solution:
Give me back my money. I want a full refund.
