My complaint:

Jeju airlines already sent me a ation for the refund they sent me but it has to go through trip.com because i booked my ticket from them, and after hundreds of calls and emails, they keep telling me that they will get back to me. That is plain stupid. If they received the money from Jeju, they just send it back to my account, but they want to keep my money. These retards. Never will i ever use their service again.

Suggested solution:

Give me back my money.
