My complaint:
I bought tickets in the end of 2019 for a trip in 2020 summer from Istanbul to Kotor. Howevee, due to pandemia couldn’t make it. I’ve asked fır refund the payment in the end of 2020 and still couldn’t get paid back. Airline ed in written that they paid in September 2020 to Travel2be.
