My complaint:
Hello I bought ticket of Turkish airline from Travel2be . My flight was on 29th of April 2021 due to the Crona pandemic my flight was cancelled i applied for refund they sent me email my request was accepted and told me i will refund money in few weeks . I don’t get any refund in 3 Months . Yesterday i call them and ask about my Money they told we already refund on 5th May but i don’t get any money in my account . I need my money refund kindly help me .
