My complaint:
I raised a request directly on the Travel2be website to change a booking. I was issued a reference number 4397379. After several days and following emails no response to the change. I then called on more than occasion and was out on hold for so long the line automatically cancelled. I then raised a cancellation request under reference 4407497
It seems that there is no response or followup at all from Travel2be
Suggested solution:
They should refund the booking for booking reference 18578720 booked on the 28th February 2021 (E-ticket 0753365479432)
