My complaint:

Have accumalted 500 minutes ,2598 texts,1015 data and 1.73 g on pay as you go and or service plans purchases,phone was broken ,so bought a new phone and tried to transfer balance to the new phone.Went thru hours of trying to verify account recent phone calls that you make debit card ,PIN numbers.unlimited plan other identifying information they couldn’t verify some of that email address compromised the broken phone 2178592469 IMEI number the new phone 4472330445 customer care portability dept unable to transfer anything.new phone paid 19.98 they requested activation fee 9.95 plan to do so from debit card again all verify was complete hassle.I lost about $100.00 on all these plans and they can’t set up account,the minutes data texts balance is lists as stated above

Suggested solution:

Transfer the entire balance from broken phone to the new phone.or last resolve refund all charges that I paid for Alll the minutes,data,texts,gigabites
